Moduleo to showcase ‘Psychology of Shapes’ at CDW

Luxury vinyl flooring manufacturer, Moduleo, will be showcasing it’s unique ‘Psychology of Shapes’ initiative at Clerkenwell Design Week, with the concept running throughout the stand.

Originally developed for the RIBA CPD Providers Network, the ‘Psychology of Shapes’ identifies and explains the emotional and psychological impact of different shapes and symbols in design.

Developed utilising semiotics, the study of signs and symbols and their use or interpretation, Moduleo’s Psychology of Shapes explores the Gestalt theory and Psycho-geometrics and applies them to architecture and interior design.

Understanding shapes, what they mean and how they make people feel and think can transform a space – a process which IVC Group, parent company of Moduleo, went through when developing the creative concepts for the CDW stand.

Moduleo products are manufactured in a purpose-built, eco-friendly production plant in Avelgem, Belgium and all flooring contains up to 50 per cent recycled material of verified origin and are themselves recyclable.

Approved by NBS (National Building Specification), the products feature on the RIBA Product Selector website, the industry-leading and definitive online resource to research and select construction product and service information.

Moduleo will be at stand PB6 for the duration of Clerkenwell Design Week, 22 to 24 May 2018.
