Launched in 2016 at Clerkenwell Design Week Pluck offer a fresh approach to kitchen furniture. The designs avoid gadgets, fads and fuss, instead clean lines, colour and an accessible aesthetic are key. Pluck design and manufacture their modern kitchen furniture in London.
At Clerkenwell Design Week 2019 kitchen designers Pluck are launching Spoke, shelving which combines curves, colour and a contemporary take on an antique aesthetic. They are also unveiling a new palette which teams ‘Solon’, a fresh and breezy yellow laminate with dark and intense fumed oak.
Inspiration for Spoke was found from Victorian bamboo furniture with round wood and diagonal supports. This modular shelving’s size and layout is adaptable and it functions as a standalone piece or can be integrated into Pluck’s cabinetry. Spoke is available in Pluck’s eleven laminate colours.
Spoke will be on display at Pluck’s stand in British Collection, which will also show how the new colour palette might be used in a Pluck kitchen.
