The Florence Biennale is bestowing the “Lorenzo il Magnifico” Award to the director of the Ars Aevi Museum and supports their nomination to the Nobel Peace Prize

Being committed to collaborate with prestigious institutions in Italy and abroad, the Florence Biennale steering committee has decided to bestow the Lorenzo il Magnifico Award to Enver Hadziomerspahic, Director of the Ars Aevi contemporary art museum of Sarajevo, as initiator of an outstanding project for peace and community engagement.

On 12 October 2017 Hadziomerspahic will partecipate as invited speaker to the conference ‘Creativity and Sustainability: exempla from contemporary art museums’.

Of note, the Florence Biennale supports the Ars Aevi nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize 2018.
