2020 Beijing Design Week

随着北京市总规的推进，中轴线申遗、一些重要点位的腾退提升等内容都将纳入北京核心区控制性详细规划中，北京今年拟编制并发布中心城区控规和中轴线保护规划。围绕北京中轴线的申遗与保护，计划举办城市更新运营主题展览，重点关注大遗产观视角下城市更新优秀案例、城市更新与社区的营造，以及在城市更新中注重运营与可持续发展的国内外经典案例，重在学术观点的提炼，以及重要代表性案例实践经验的总结。
With the implement of the master planning of Beijing, contents such as bid for the World Heritage List of Central Axis of Beijing, vacation and upgrade of the premises at key urban areas have been incorporated into controlled detailed planning of core area of the capital city. Beijing Municipality is to drawing up and release downtown area restrictive planning and conservation planning of the Central Axis. Embroider on bid for the World Heritage List and protection of Central Axis of Beijing, and hold city renewal operation theme exhibition, which gives special attention to outstanding city renewal cases from the perspective of heritage protection, urban renewal improves the quality of community life, home and abroad classical cases which focus on operation and sustainable development during the course of city renewal. Emphasize on exacting academy viewpoint and summarizing experiences of typical cases.

国内外城市地段，在更新过程中所采取的政策机制、改造措施、运营方法，以及取得的成功经验，均可参选。
主要涉及以下三个重点领域：
大遗产观下的城市更新
包括城市中轴保护与城市更新、遗产地保护与活化利用等方面内容。
城市更新与社区美好生活
包括老旧社区改造、社区经济与社区商业、儿童友好型社区、社区社群营造等方面内容。
更新运营与场所营造
包括创新与共享理念下的新生活、新办公方式，城市更新投资与运营等方面内容。

Collection Cases Categories
Any policy and mechanism, Transformation measure, operation mode and related successful experience thus in renewal of urban districts home and abroad.
Focus on 3 key aspects:
Urban renewal from the perspective of heritage protection
Including contents such as protection of city central axis and city renewal, preservation and exploitation of World Heritage site.
Urban renewal improves the quality of community life
Including contents such as the transformation of the old community, community economy and business, children friendly community, community association.
Renewal operation and site creation
Including contents such as new office working pattern and lifestyle under the concept of urban renewal and sharing, investment in city renewal and management.

凡与本次设计周主题相关的案例均有机会入选本届北京设计周主题展览。入选案例将会在北京设计周上展出，并有机会被编纂进正式出版物，同时有机会参与北京设计周城市更新版块论坛，作为主讲嘉宾分享城市更新案例，与行业专家、相关平台领军人物交流经验。

Result of collection
All the cases related to the theme of 2020 Beijing Design Week are likely to enter the Beijing design week theme exhibition. Selected cases will be on display at Beijing Design Week, incorporated into formal publications, presented at Beijing Design Week city renewal sector forum. And case presenter could exchange experiences with Industry experts and executives of related platforms.

项目介绍图文材料：
包括但不限于项目背景、项目更新前所面临的问题，攻坚的关键点，更新改造方式，运营模式、运营方案策划、资金筹措方式、运营收益情况、政策支持情况、公众参与、项目亮点与技术创新点等。
稿件需观点新颖、论据可靠，针对具体问题或案例展开深度研究，并确保作品的原创性。
稿件为 word 文档格式，图文混合、编排有序。
稿件篇幅2000字以上为宜，需要增加注释与参考文献，用于设计周书籍编撰。另需300-500字左右摘要，用于展览展出。
配图包括但不限于更新前现状照片、更新后照片及其他核心分析图纸，数量不少于5幅，格式为JPG，每幅不小于300dpi，无版权问题。
来稿请附作者简介（姓名、单位、职称、职务、研究方向等）、详细地址、邮政编码、电子邮箱和联系电话等。
视频音频、模型（电子版或实物）、周边产品等相关物料：
参选方可提供上述材料，增加展陈宣传效果。
音视频及电子模型：格式为MOV、AVI、MPEG、MP3、WMA等常见格式，低版本，文件总大小不超过1GB，无版权问题。

Requirement for the formal written materials
Written and graphic materials about your item:
Including but not limited to item background, problems encountered, key problem needs to be resolved, urban renewal method, operation mode, plan of operation, financing, operating income, government policy support, public participation, highlights of the item , technical innovation etc.
We appreciate written materials with innovate ideas, Informative argument, does in-depth research to specific problems or cases and ensure the originality.
The written materials should be Microsoft Word document with images and well-organized.
Your article is supposed to be over 2000 words, footnotes and reference list are needed for compiling Beijing Design Week book.
Another 300-500 words brief introduction is needed for exhibition
Image including but not limited to before and after pictures of city renewal, analysis chart. Quantity of images should be no less than 5 Jpg format images, resolution is no less than 300dpi without any copyright issues.
Please attach introduction to author with name, institutional unit, professional title, position, research objective etc. detailed address, post code, E-mail and telephone number.
Video and audio materials, model (digital format or real object), peripheral products etc.
Candidate could provide above materials to promote publicity effect.
Video, audio and digital model should be in MOV、AVI、MPEG、MP3、WMA format. Low version, no more than 1GB size with no copyright issues.
